教师教育科研素质培训是一项科学性很强的工作,需要研究解决的问题是多方面的。就校本培训而言,笔者认为最基础最重要的工作是解决好观念更新和科学定位这两大问题。观念更新主要是解决教育理念和认识落后的问题,科学定位是解决研究方向不准和目标不明的问题。而准确的定位源于正确的观念,只有这两方面的问题解决好了,我们的培训工作才会更有效率,教师的教师科研素质才能不断提高,否则可能事倍功半。
The training of teacher education and scientific research is a highly scientific work. The problems that need to be solved in research are many. As far as school-based training is concerned, the author believes that the most basic and most important task is to solve the two major issues of conceptual renewal and scientific positioning. The renewal of ideas is mainly to solve educational concepts and to recognize backward issues. Scientific positioning is to solve the problem of inaccurate research directions and unclear goals. Accurate positioning is based on the correct concept. Only when these two issues are solved, our training work will be more efficient. Teachers’ quality of research and education can be continuously improved. Otherwise, it may be less effective.
