数控系统振荡问题是数控机床调试或运行中常见的故障,本文介绍了数控机床伺服系统的控制原理及产生振荡的原因分析,并提出了全闭环数控控制系统消除振荡的理论依据和方法。
The oscillation of CNC system is a common fault during the commissioning or operation of CNC machine tools. This paper introduces the control principle of CNC machine tool servo system and the analysis of the causes of oscillation. The theoretical basis and method of eliminating vibration of CNC system are proposed.
