目的全面掌握潍坊市5年来洁净厂房建筑卫生质量,指导其持续改进,保证企业生产场所和产品合格,保护消费者身体健康。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,选择近5年来新建、改建、扩建的洁净厂房,按照《洁净厂房设计规范》(GB 50073-2013)指标要求,对所有厂房进行现场检测。结果 5年来累计检测洁净厂房样品1 434个,温、湿度指标合格率为90.38%;悬浮粒子合格率为95.05%,静压差和换气次数合格率在92.00%以上。空气沉降菌平均浓度合格率百级和十万级分别为98.12%和99.44%。工作台和设备表面细菌总数合格率为89.52%。结论洁净厂房空气沉降菌浓度、悬浮粒子合格率逐年增高。静压差、换气次数合格率较高,噪声和台面细菌总数合格率未达到100.00%;洁净厂房的消毒管理需要进一步加强和改进。
Objective To comprehensively grasp the building hygiene quality of the clean factory building in Weifang City in the past 5 years, guide its continuous improvement, ensure the qualified production sites and products of the enterprises and protect the health of consumers. Methods The on-site sampling method was used to select the newly built, rebuilt and expanded cleanroom in the recent 5 years. All the workshops were inspected on site according to the requirements of GB 50073-2013. Results In the past five years, a total of 1 434 clean factory samples were tested. The passing rate of temperature and humidity indicators was 90.38%. The passing rate of suspended particles was 95.05%. The passing rate of static pressure difference and ventilation rate was over 92.00%. The average concentration of airborne sedimentation bacteria 100 and 100 000 pass rate were 98.12% and 99.44%. Table and equipment on the surface of the total number of bacteria passing rate of 89.52%. Conclusions The concentration of airborne bacteria and the qualified rate of suspended particles in the clean factory increased year by year. Static pressure difference, ventilation rate higher pass rate, the total number of bacteria and noise and table pass rate did not reach 100.00%; clean plant disinfection management needs to be further strengthened and improved.
