目的：探讨苦楝果对肿瘤生长及真菌感染的影响。方法：以Ｓ１８０ 荷瘤鼠感染白色念珠菌为实验模型，苦楝果浸出液治疗并检测肿瘤大小和念珠菌数量。结果：实验组荷瘤鼠的白色念珠菌检出量下降，肿瘤生长受到明显抑制。结论：苦楝果浸出液能提高机体细胞免疫功能，增强机体的吞噬作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of buckwheat fruit on tumor growth and fungal infection. Methods: The S180 tumor-bearing mice were infected with Candida albicans as the experimental model. The buckwheat fruit leachate was used to treat and detect the tumor size and the number of Candida. RESULTS: The amount of Candida albicans detected in the experimental group was decreased, and tumor growth was significantly inhibited. Conclusion: The buckwheat fruit extract can improve the cellular immune function and enhance the body’s phagocytosis.
