目的:建立冷水花挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱,测定其抗菌活性。方法:利用GC-MS法分析10批次冷水花挥发油样品,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱计算机相似性评价系统”软件进行模式分析及相似度计算,对共有特征峰成分进行检识;采用滤纸片法测试了挥发油的抗菌活性。结果:建立了冷水花挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱,标定并鉴定了16个共有特征峰;冷水花挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有一定的抑菌活性。结论:该方法重复性好,所建立的指纹图谱为贵州冷水花挥发油的质量控制提供了有效手段,为冷水花挥发油的利用提供了重要依据。
Objective: To establish the GC-MS fingerprints of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium and determine the antibacterial activity. Methods: Ten samples of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium were analyzed by GC-MS. Pattern analysis and similarity calculation were carried out by using “Computer similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicine” to identify common peak components. The tablet method tested the antibacterial activity of the volatile oil. Results: GC-MS fingerprints were established and 16 common peaks were identified and identified. Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility. The established fingerprint provides an effective method for the quality control of the volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium, which provides an important basis for the utilization of the volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium.
