市场经济的快速发展,对事业单位的综合管理水平也提出了更高要求。而其中的管理工作极大程度表现在人力资源管理方面,但现行大多事业单位在人力资源管理方面仍存在较多弊病,导致单位整体不具备较强的凝聚力与向心力。在此背景下,需通过思想政治工作的开展,将其与人力资源管理相结合,推动人力资源管理水平的提高。基于此,对思想政治工作在人力资源管理中开展的原则、思想政治工作与人力资源管理的结合以及思想政治工作创新的路径进行探析。
The rapid development of market economy has raised higher requirements for the comprehensive management of public institutions. However, most of the management work in human resources management is manifested. However, most existing public institutions still have more defects in human resources management, resulting in the unit as a whole not having strong cohesion and solidarity. Under this background, we need to combine ideological and political work with human resources management to promote the improvement of human resources management. Based on this, the principle of ideological and political work in human resource management, the combination of ideological and political work and human resource management and the path of innovation in ideological and political work are analyzed.
