大道至简。至简之法却可能蕴含着至深之理。 我自幼体弱多病,且屡受伤损,青年时期即患严重胃肠病,并曾患肺病吐血。虽自服中药获得效益,但病能痊愈实赖练习气功(主要是手按膝部静坐法,并结合其他动功),才得到惊人效果。现在我已年逾八旬,不但保持一般健康水平,且尚能继续在医院担任诊疗工作。下面是我长年奉行的手按膝部静坐法的实践经验和体会。

Now that I have been in full possession of more than 80 days, I have not only maintained my general health status but also continued to serve as a clinic in the hospital. Here is my practice of practicing knee-jerk for many years and my experience.
