知识可以分为显性知识和隐性知识,知识管理可以有效的帮助我们获取和传递知识。当前油田干部管理工作还存在着管理职能弱化、人员素质参差不齐以及管理制度不完善等一系列的问题。我们要建立起有效的知识共享平台,和互信的心理机制,通过适宜的媒介,把隐形知识有效的传递给企业干部。这不仅能够提升工会的管理成效,对于企业的良性循环也是十分有益的。
Knowledge can be divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, knowledge management can effectively help us to obtain and transfer knowledge. At present, there are still a series of problems in management of oilfield cadres, such as the weakening of management functions, the uneven quality of personnel and the imperfect management system. We must establish an effective platform for knowledge sharing and a psychological mechanism of mutual trust so that the invisible knowledge can be effectively delivered to the enterprise cadres through suitable media. This will not only enhance the management effectiveness of trade unions, but also be very beneficial to the virtuous circle of enterprises.
