荞麦属蓼科荞麦属,又名乔麦、三角麦、乌麦,为非禾本科谷物。我国人民以荞麦子实磨面制成食品,秸秆、干叶和加工的副产品作饲料和肥料。荞麦生育期短,是重要的蜜源和救灾作物。荞麦全身是宝,经济价值高,幼叶嫩叶、成熟秸秆、茎叶花果米面皮壳无一废物。从食用到防病治病,从自然资源利用到养地增产,从农业到畜牧业,从食品加工业到轻工业生产,从国内市场到外贸出口,都有一定的作用。在发展绿色有机食品中具有重要的作用。
Buckwheat is a Polygonaceae buckwheat genus, also known as Joe wheat, triangle wheat, oats, non gramineous grain. Our people use buckwheat to grind noodles made of food, straw, dried leaves and processed by-products for feed and fertilizer. Buckwheat growth period is short, is an important source of honey and disaster relief crops. Buckwheat whole body is treasure, high economic value, young leaves, mature stalks, stems and leaves of a rice noodles shell without a waste. From edible to disease prevention and treatment, from the use of natural resources to raise production, from agriculture to animal husbandry, from the food processing industry to light industrial production, from the domestic market to export trade, have a certain role.
