用速率法测定 40例新生儿缺氧血性脑病 (HIE)患儿及 10例正常新生儿血清和脑脊液 (CSF)乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)水平 ,结果显示 :HIE患儿轻、中、重度血清和脑脊液LDH均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,脑脊液LDH与血清LDH比值大于 0 1,且HIE患儿的病情轻重与血清和脑脊液LDH活性呈正相关 ,表明检测HIE患儿血清和脑脊液LDH活性能较好地判定神经组织系统及其损伤程度 ,对新生儿HIE的早期诊断和分级有一定的临床意义。
The serum and CSF lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels in 40 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and 10 normal neonates were measured by the rate method. The results showed that the serum levels of LDH in mild, moderate and severe HIE infants And cerebrospinal fluid LDH were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The ratio of LDH to serum LDH in cerebrospinal fluid was greater than 0 1. The severity of HIE in children was positively correlated with LDH activity in serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Cerebrospinal fluid LDH activity can better determine the nervous system and its extent of injury, neonatal HIE early diagnosis and classification of a certain clinical significance.
