学生智力的发展除了本人的素质外,动机、兴趣、意志、情感、性格等这些非智力因素都起着促进和强化的作用。动机的明显与模糊,兴趣的高涨与低落,意志的坚强与薄弱,无一不影响学生智力的发展。因此在教学中,在重视智力发展的同时,还应重视非智力因素的培养。我在数学教学的实践中,是这样做的: 一、注重师爱培养情感俗话说:要想让别人尊重自己,自己首先要尊重别人,师生关系也是如此。教师要尊重每一位学生,特别是学习成绩差的学生,他们往往会因得不到别人的尊重而产生自卑感,从而自暴自弃。教师应该给他们以信任和关怀,并且不断给予鼓励和帮助,建立起融洽友爱的师生关系。教师的关怀会使学生感到温暖;教师的信任
In addition to the development of students’ intelligence, the non-intelligence factors such as motivation, interest, volition, emotion, character and so on play a role of promotion and reinforcement. Obvious and vague motivation, high and low interest, strong and weak will, all affect the development of student intelligence. Therefore, in teaching, while paying attention to the development of intelligence, we should attach importance to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors. My practice in mathematics teaching is to do the following: First, pay attention to cultivating emotion in teacher-love As the saying goes: In order to let others respect oneself, one must first respect others and the relationship between teachers and students as well. Teachers should respect every student, especially students with poor academic performance. They often give up their self-esteem because of their inferiority due to lack of respect of others. Teachers should give them trust and care, and continue to give encouragement and help to establish a harmonious and beloved teacher-student relationship.
