采用SEM及EDS等检测手段对某机械设备厂EBT-LF-VD-VC-MSD工艺生产的50Cr5MoV支承辊辊身表面的点状缺陷的特点及其成因进行了分析研究。分析发现,支承辊钢表面的点缺陷由大量的Al_2O_3夹杂物造成,而且越靠近冒口的辊身表面上夹杂物来源越多,成分也越复杂。通过对夹杂物的化学成分和来源分析,认为夹杂物的产生主要来自于Al脱氧过程,浇铸过程中保护渣对夹杂物的去除能力有限,因此,应该在炼钢工艺过程有针对性地进行优化,来减少脱氧产物Al_2O_3进入钢中带来的内生夹杂,并提出了相应的改进措施。
The characteristics and causes of the spot defects on the surface of 50Cr5MoV backup roll body produced by a mechanical equipment factory EBT-LF-VD-VC-MSD process were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The analysis found that the point defects on the surface of the backup roller steel were caused by a large amount of Al 2 O 3 inclusions and the more the sources of inclusions were on the roller body closer to the riser, the more complicated the composition. Based on the chemical composition and source analysis of the inclusions, it is considered that the inclusions mainly originate from the Al deoxidation process, and the mold fluxes have limited ability to remove inclusions during the casting process and therefore should be optimized in the steelmaking process in a targeted manner , To reduce the endogenous inclusions caused by the deoxidation product Al 2 O 3 entering the steel and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
