广东省 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年分离到 7株麻疹病毒 ,通过逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)扩增出该 7株麻疹病毒核蛋白 (N)基因碳末端 5 90个核苷酸。其中碳末端 45 0个核苷酸的序列测定和分析提示 ,该 7株病毒为麻疹野病毒H1基因型。 7株病毒之间核苷酸同源性为 96 .7%~ 10 0 0 %,和其它基因型相比 ,碳末端 45 0个核苷酸水平变异可达 12 0 %,提示氨基酸水平上的变异在 12 .4%。
Seven strains of measles virus were isolated in Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2001 and 5 90 nuclei at the carbon end of the seven measles virus nucleoprotein (N) genes were amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) Glycine. The sequence analysis and analysis of 450 nucleotides at the carbon end suggest that the seven viruses are wild type H1 virus of measles virus. Nucleotide homology between the 7 strains of viruses was 96.7% ~ 100%. Compared with other genotypes, the variation of 45 0 nucleotides at the C-terminal was as high as 120%, suggesting that the amino acid level Variation at 12.4%.
