本文对我院1960～1984年25年间收治的464例尿石症做了临床分析。从中得出延边地区尿石症发病率逐年增加;上尿路结石发病率显著增高;发病年龄渐向高龄发展;女性发病率逐年增多,男女间比例缩小并趋于固定;朝、汉族中,朝族的患病率远高于汉族的结论。并肯定了术后积极的预防措施能显著降低术后复发率等问题。
This article made a clinical analysis of 464 cases of urolithiasis treated in our hospital from 1960 to 1984. The incidence of urolithiasis in Yanbian area increased year by year; the incidence of upper urinary tract stones increased significantly; the age of onset gradually increased to the advanced age; the incidence of women increased year by year with the proportion between men and women decreasing and tended to be fixed; The prevalence of the tribe is much higher than the Han conclusion. And affirmed the positive postoperative preventive measures can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and other issues.
