兖州矿业(集团)公司机械制修厂根据液压支架在井下使用过程中发生的半环式液压缸损坏和维修情况开展了研究,针对结构不合理和拆卸困难的状况进行了改进。半环式液压缸导向套一般在2个端面各自都存在A和B两个台阶。A、B段精度与公差等级都相同,和外缸的配合间隙也相同。在装配过程中,同一个方向有2个配合面,要使这2个面同时配合非常困难,实际上几乎不可能。他们把A面距离加长,精度等级比B段面高一级,让其作定位面。这样,缸体和导向套的密封面都缩短了,也减小了装配时密封进入的距离,从而减小
