随着产能增加,悬臂式堆料机的故障增多,常发生皮带跑偏、撕边、压料等现象,影响了正常生产组织,增加了检修强度和生产成本。从悬臂式堆料机的工艺机制及结构特点出发,对堆料机悬臂机构实施针对性的改造,主要包括:优化堆料工艺,改造中心漏斗,校正并优化悬臂机构。经过改良,消除设备缺陷,解决了悬臂皮带跑偏、打滑、压料等故障问题,有效地提高设备的可靠性。
With the increase of production capacity, the failure of the cantilever-type stacker increases. Belt deviation, tear-off, material-feeding and other phenomena often occur, affecting the normal production organization and increasing the maintenance intensity and production cost. Based on the technological mechanism and structural characteristics of the cantilever stacker, the cantilever mechanism of the stacker is specifically modified, including optimizing the stacking process, revamping the center funnel, correcting and optimizing the cantilever mechanism. After the improvement, eliminate equipment defects, to solve the cantilever belt deviation, slipping, pressing and other problems, effectively improve the reliability of the equipment.
