目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱法测定芙朴感冒颗粒中牛蒡甙含量的方法。方法 :采用C18柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水(30∶70 ) ,流速为 1.0ml/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :牛蒡甙浓度线性范围 0 .2 476~ 2 .476 μg ,相关系数为0 .9999,平均回收率为 99.97% ,相对标准偏差RSD为 1.80 % (n =6 )。结论 :本法操作简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of burdock in Fupu Ganmao Granules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Method : A C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile water (30∶70). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was 280nm. Results: The linear range of calf concentration was 0.22 476-2.476 μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.97%, and the relative standard deviation RSD was 1.80 % (n =6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative analysis method for the preparation.
