Objective To investigate the differences of blood routine test results between venous blood and peripheral blood measured by blood analyzer. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing routine blood tests were divided into control group and experimental group according to a random number. Each group included 50 patients. The control group of patients collected peripheral blood, the experimental group of patients were collected venous blood, blood routine measurement results were observed and compared. Results The WBC of the control group was (6.4 ± 1.3) × 10 ~ 9 / L, the RBC was (5.2 ± 0.6) × 10 ~ (12) / L, and the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) ± 7.7) fl, HCT was (0.52 ± 0.18), hemoglobin (Hb) was (10.6 ± 5.3) g / L, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content was (21 ± 7) Pg, mean erythrocyte The hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) was (335 ± 17) g / L and the platelet count (PLT) was (185 ± 70) × 10 ~ 9 / L. The WBC in the experimental group was (4.9 ± 1.1) × 10 ~ 9 / L, the RBC was (5.0 ± 0.8) × 10 ~ (12) / L, the MCV was (88.9 ± 8.4) , Hb was (8.7 ± 3.6) g / L, MCH was (18 ± 10) pg, MCHC was (333 ± 16) g / L and PLT was (184 ± 68) × 10 ~ 9 / L. There were significant differences in HCT, Hb and WBC between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in PLT, MCHC, MCH, MCV and RBC between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the routine blood test, peripheral blood and venous blood have little difference on the test results. However, selecting the peripheral blood for blood test can not effectively control the quality of the test, and some of the test indicators are not as accurate as the venous blood. Therefore, Analyzer for routine blood tests should be as far as possible selection of venous blood.
