用人外周血淋巴细胞的非程序DNA合成(unscheduledDNAsynthesis,UDS)对镍、铅、汞化合物进行了测试,结果表明,这三种重金属都具有诱发UDS的活性,并提示,受试重金属化合物达到一定浓度后,UDS的cpm值不再随剂量增高而增高,似乎在一定实验条件下UDS的修复合成能力有一定限度。
Nickel, lead and mercury compounds were tested by nonprogrammed DNA synthesis (UDS) of human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
