介绍了自激式水幕除尘器的原理及结构特性。通过调节自激式水幕除尘器进风口处节流板的开口高度及通风机的电机频率,系统分析了实验获得的总体数据和临界点的数据,得到了不同节流板开口高度下狭缝压力和整机压损的变化关系,并确定节流板的最佳开口高度为50 mm;同时经研究发现,节流板开口高度达到70 mm后,由于除尘器内流体动态特性的变化使得整机压损随着节流板开口高度的增加而减少、排出气流的含湿量较大。
