目的探讨射频热凝固微创治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果。方法应用热凝固器,将射频定点介入到子宫肌瘤病灶内,使病变组织热凝固坏死、吸收,对80例单发子宫肌瘤患者在超声监测下射频治疗观察肌壁间肌瘤40例,黏膜下肌瘤32例,浆膜下肌瘤70%突向肌壁间肌瘤8例的治疗效果。结果治愈55例(68.8%),显效16例(20.0%),有效6例(7.5%)。总有效率(治愈、显效、有效总和)达96.3%,无一例严重并发症发生。结论此技术安全性高、疗效确切、患者痛苦小,不影响卵巢功能,是值得临床推广的一种保留子宫的微创技术。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The thermal coagulation device was used to inject radio-frequency fixed point into the lesion of uterine fibroids, which made the tissue of the uterine fibroids coagulate necrosis and absorb. Forty-eight patients with myoma of uterus were treated with radiofrequency ablation under ultrasound monitoring. Submucosal fibroids in 32 cases, subserosal fibroids 70% to muscle interspinous fibroids in 8 cases. Results 55 cases were cured (68.8%), markedly effective in 16 cases (20.0%) and effective in 6 cases (7.5%). The total effective rate (cure, effective, effective sum) reached 96.3%, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion This technique is safe, effective and precise. The patient has little pain and does not affect the function of the ovary. It is a minimally invasive technique for preserving uterus worthy of clinical promotion.
