为了探讨中药红花中的红花黄色素 (SafflorYellow)对血小板活化因子 (Platelet -Activating -Factor,PAF)介导的人中性粒细胞功能的影响。通过细胞学的方法 ,在细胞松弛素B存在下 ,人的中性粒细胞 (PMN)悬液先与不同浓度的红花黄色素温育 ,然后以PAF刺激 ,以PMN悬液为空白对照。结果显示 :红花黄色素对PAF介导的人中性粒细胞聚集、粘附及超氧化物产生有明显的抑制作用 ,并且在 2~ 2 0g L浓度范围内 ,其抑制作用与药物浓度有一定的剂量依赖关系 ,推测红花黄色素对抗PAF的作用 ,可能是其活血化瘀的重要机制之一
To investigate the effects of Safflor Yellow in platelet-activating-factor (PAF)-mediated human neutrophil function in safflower. By cytology, in the presence of cytochalasin B, the suspension of human neutrophils (PMN) was first incubated with different concentrations of safflor yellow, then stimulated with PAF, and PMN suspension was used as a blank control. The results showed that safflor yellow significantly inhibited PAF-mediated aggregation, adhesion and superoxide production of human neutrophils, and its inhibitory effect and drug concentration were within a range of 2 to 20 g L. Based on a dose-dependent relationship, it is speculated that the activity of safflor yellow against PAF may be one of the important mechanisms for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
