企业内外形势发展的变化对很多煤炭企业的职工的思想造成严重冲击,但是工会在开展思政工作过程中存在诸多问题。可见,探究工会提高思政工作水平的有效措施显得尤为重要。为此,本文基于思政工作存在的问题,提出具体的应对措施。 The changes in the situation both inside and outside the enterprise have had a serious impact on the thinking of the staff and workers of many coal enterprises. However, the trade unions have many problems in carrying out their thinking and administration work. Obviously, it is particularly important to explore effective measures for trade unions to raise the level of their ideological and political work. Therefore, based on the existing problems of ideological and political work, this article proposes concrete countermeasures.
