桥梁预应力混凝土空心板往往由于空心板底偏薄,导致板底出现纵向裂缝及不规则裂缝。由于裂缝的产生、发展及长期存在,使得潮湿空气进入结构内部,从而引起结构内部钢筋的锈蚀,最终导致结构的承载能力降低,影响到结构的正常运营,因此,对结构目前存在的裂缝进行相应的处理及控制非常必要。本文以××大桥预应力混凝土空心板施工为例,对该工程中出现的裂缝原因进行了分析,然后重点阐述了裂缝修补工艺。
Bridge prestressed concrete hollow slab tends to be due to thin slab bottom, resulting in longitudinal cracks and irregular bottom plate. Due to the generation, development and long-term existence of cracks, damp air enters into the structure, causing the corrosion of reinforcing steel inside the structure, eventually leading to the decrease of bearing capacity of the structure and affecting the normal operation of the structure. Therefore, The handling and control is very necessary. In this paper, the construction of prestressed concrete hollow slabs of XX Bridge is taken as an example to analyze the causes of cracks in this project, and then the crack repair process is mainly elaborated.
