The central bank’s purpose of the New Deal mortgage is clear, hoping to curb demand by raising interest rates and increasing the cost of home buyers, to achieve a balance between supply and demand, so that high prices fell. However, there is a structural imbalance in the domestic real estate market: the lack of common housing and high-end luxury homes intertwined, wage earners living in housing and real estate buyers profit contradictions, to add to the complexity of this issue.
