分配定律、蛋白质等电点和乳化作用是蛋白质分离新技术的理论基础 ,由此提出《物理化学》课程改革的方向之一是将科学技术前沿纳入经典教学内容。
Distribution law, isoelectric point of protein and emulsification are the theoretical basis of new technology of protein separation. Therefore, one of the directions of “Physical Chemistry” curriculum reform is to bring the frontier of science and technology into the classical teaching content.
