给新生24小时内叙利亚仓鼠腹腔和皮下接种2×10~6人胃癌BGC-823细胞,制备人瘤异种移植模型。终身荷瘤率为66.67%,终身荷瘤存活时间为47.25±8.08天。移植瘤的组织结构和细胞超微结构与原肿瘤标本基本一致,染色体G显带符合人类细胞模型。
Syrian hamsters were intraperitoneally and subcutaneously inoculated with 2×10-6 human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells within 24 hours to prepare a human tumor xenograft model. The life-long tumor-bearing rate was 66.67%, and the life-long tumor-bearing survival time was 47.25±8.08 days. The histological structure and ultrastructure of the transplanted tumors were basically the same as those of the original tumor. The chromosome G band coincided with the human cell model.
