研究了N,N,N’N’-四[2-(2-氨基乙氨基)甲酰基乙基]乙二胺的绿色合成方法.应用分段减压蒸馏方法使产物与溶剂甲醇(MeOH)和过量试剂乙二胺(EDA)分离,在较低真空条件下(0.06MPa),MeOH和EDA的回收率高达98.1%.对较低真空条件下的回收液进行气相色谱定性定量分析,在此基础上尝试了回收液的直接循环使用实验.对经过50次循环使用的回收液进行分析,未见杂质积累现象.该法用于合成N,N,N’N’-四[2-(2-氨基乙氨基)甲酰基乙基]乙二胺可省去回收液的分离纯化过程,节能降耗,具有工业应用价值.
The green synthesis of N, N, N’N’-tetrakis [2- (2-aminoethylamino) formylethyl] ethylenediamine was studied.The product was reacted with methanol (MeOH) (EDA), the recovery of MeOH and EDA was as high as 98.1% under lower vacuum (0.06 MPa). The recovered liquid under lower vacuum was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography, Based on the experiment of direct recycling of recycled liquid, no recovery of impurities was observed after 50 cycles of recycled liquid.The method was applied to the synthesis of N, N, N’N’-tetrakis [2- (2 - aminoethylamino) formyl ethyl] ethylenediamine can save the recovery of liquid separation and purification process, energy saving, with industrial application value.
