公共服务均等化是社会转型中的一个重大现实和理论问题。本文从江苏13个省辖市等额抽取2580位居民进行访问式问卷调查,经由交互分析和Logistic回归分析,指出了传统的制度性樊篱依然横亘在不同职业类型和阶层中,出现了对公共服务的阶层差异化认同,并进而论证了对公共服务产生认同差异的可能影响因素。文章认为实现公共服务均等化必须根据各阶层需求,解决其基本所需问题,在提升各阶层公共服务供给水平的前提下,着力缩小阶层差距,弥合各阶层的认同差异,促进各阶层和谐发展。
Equalization of public services is a major realistic and theoretical issue in social transformation. In this paper, 2580 residents were randomly selected from 13 provinces in Jiangsu Province to conduct a questionnaire survey. Through the interaction analysis and Logistic regression analysis, it is pointed out that the traditional institutional barriers still lie in different occupational groups and classes, Class differentiation, and then demonstrate the possible influencing factors on the recognition of public service differences. The article believes that to realize the equalization of public services, we must solve the basic problems according to the needs of all classes. Under the premise of improving the supply of public services at all levels, we should focus on narrowing the social strata gap, bridging the differences in identity among all strata and promoting the harmonious development of all strata.
