以我国汽车制造企业员工为例,通过400余份配对问卷调查表明,转换型领导以组织情绪能力为中介对研发人员创新行为产生正向影响,集体主义导向在转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用中扮演调节角色。当集体主义导向越高时,转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用越强。
