主设人员是设计院不可或缺的专业技术及管理人才,其自身技术及管理能力影响着项目进展的效率和质量。面对电力行业变革形势下工作模式的较大转变,主设人员需管理多层次、多样化的工作,这对主设人员的工作流程管理能力提出了更加严格的要求。文章基于电气设计专业工作特点,结合系统工程与时间管理理论,阐明了工作流程管理方法的重要性以及在实际工作中的应用方法。
The main staff is an indispensable designer of professional and technical personnel and management personnel, its own technical and management capabilities affect the efficiency and quality of project progress. Faced with a major shift in the mode of work under the changing situation of the power industry, the chief personnel need to manage multi-level and diversified work, which sets more stringent requirements on the workflow management capabilities of the chief staff. Based on the characteristics of electrical design professional work, combined with the theory of systems engineering and time management, the article expounds the importance of workflow management methods and their application in practical work.
