太极拳是中华民族在长期生活实践中创造和逐渐发展起来的优秀拳种。随着国际交流的增多,太极拳现已成为全球性的运动项目。主要流派有陈、杨、吴、武、孙,虽形式各异,却具有共同的哲理。众多的爱好者对太极拳有深刻认识,但登堂入室者凤毛麟角。其原因主要有三方面:其一,练习者缺乏太极拳的理论指导;其二,片面追求太极拳术的表面形式;其三,拘泥于一招一式的攻防含义,忽略了太极拳的身法和整体功力练习。为此,笔者在著名太极拳传人陈正雷老师提出的练“理”不练力、练“身”不练招、练“本”不练标的太极拳练功法则的基础上做了进一步的阐述,旨在为广大的太极拳练习者提供练功依据,推动太极拳的发展。
