目的建立饮料食品中艾德万甜的高效液相色谱检测法。方法选择Agilent Zorbax XDB C_(18)色谱柱,对实验的检测器、流动相和柱温进行选择。并对方法的回收率和精密度进行分析,评价方法的可行性。结果选择荧光检测器进行检测,检测波长为:激发波长230 nm,发射波长310 nm;流动相为甲醇水溶液(50:50,V:V),柱温为25℃,流速为0.8 m L/min。在所确定的实验条件下,艾德万甜标准溶液在0.05~5.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性系数大于0.999,平均回收率为85.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%。结论该方法简单、精密度和准确度良好,可以满足实际检测的需求。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Advantestin in beverage and foodstuffs. Method The Agilent Zorbax XDB C_ (18) column was selected to determine the experimental detector, mobile phase, and column temperature. The recovery rate and precision of the method were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility of the method. Fluorescence detector was used for detection. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the emission wavelength was 310 nm. The mobile phase was methanol (50:50, V: V). The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 m L / min . Under the determined experimental conditions, the standard solution of Adventitin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.05-5.0 mg / L, the linearity coefficient was greater than 0.999, the average recovery was 85.0% -102.0%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.0 %. Conclusion The method is simple, precise and accurate, and can meet the needs of actual testing.
