目的:通过电镜观察真武汤对心力衰竭大鼠超微结构影响探讨真武汤治疗心力衰竭疗效。方法:通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支配合力竭式游泳成功复制心力衰竭大鼠模型,将造模成功的50只大鼠随机分成中药组(真武汤高、中、低剂量组)、西药组(卡托普利组)、模型组和空白组,每组10只,每日两次灌胃,持续15 d。用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)法测定大鼠血清BNP,电镜观察心肌细胞超微结构。结果:真武汤组与西药组均可明显降低心力衰竭大鼠BNP水平,电镜观察显示真武汤组和西药组心肌超微结构均有不同程度改善,且真武汤大剂量组最为显著。结论:真武汤治疗心力衰竭有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on the ultrastructure of heart failure rats by electron microscope. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (Zhenwu Tang high, middle and low dose group), Western medicine Group (captopril group), model group and blank group, 10 rats in each group. Serum BNP levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and ultrastructure of myocardial cells was observed by electron microscope. Results: Both Zhenwu Decoction group and western medicine group can significantly reduce BNP levels in heart failure rats. Electron microscopy showed that myocardial ultrastructure of Zhenwu decoction group and western medicine group improved to some extent, and Zhenwu decoction group was the most significant. Conclusion: Zhen Wu Tang treatment of heart failure have a good effect.
