随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,各级医疗卫生单位,将面临巨大的机遇与挑战。医院的经济管理工作直接关系到医院的生存和发展,如何加强医院财务管理、绩效与薪酬管理,促进医院健康持续发展,已经成为当前医院管理中的一项重要内容。实施绩效工资是医院收入分配制度改革的重要任务。本文拟从医院绩效预算管理必要性及预算编制原则、管理模式等提出一些个人看法。
With the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform, all levels of medical and health units will face enormous opportunities and challenges. Hospital economic management is directly related to the survival and development of the hospital. How to strengthen the hospital financial management, performance and salary management, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital has become an important content in the current hospital management. The implementation of performance pay is an important task in the reform of hospital income distribution system. This article intends to put forward some personal opinions from the necessity of hospital performance budget management and the principle of budget compilation and management mode.
