目的 分析不同糖耐量时氧化应激的变化及其与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法 2003-05 ~12哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院测正常人、肥胖、糖耐量减低(IGT)和新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,分析两指标与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的关系。结果 肥胖组和IGT组已存在氧化应激。MDA与ISI呈显著负相关,SOD与ISI呈显著正相关(均P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者IR可能与氧化应激有关。
Objective To analyze the changes of oxidative stress and its relationship with insulin resistance (IR) with different glucose tolerance. Methods The serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in normal subjects, obesity, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were measured in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2003 to December 2002. ) Levels, analysis of two indicators and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) relationship. Results Oxidative stress was present in obese and IGT groups. There was a significant negative correlation between MDA and ISI, while there was a significant positive correlation between SOD and ISI (all P <0.01). Conclusion IR in T2DM patients may be related to oxidative stress.
