I. INTRODUCTION The economic crisis of 2008 shaken the foundation of the lives of millions of people in Europe and the United States. All of a sudden, the employment situation is unstable, the credit crunch, consumption is reduced to necessities, social services are mostly interrupted, the children’s future clouds, parents dismissed the high expectations of the next generation. For some, crises are not unexpected, and they do not expect their lives to be better under the label of the dominant social and economic organization of “capitalism.” They see the stable appearance of this system, which depends on a cyclical crisis, and reject its basic principles. They are opposed to a deteriorating life: people desperately making money to consume meaningless goods and services, eating chronic foods
