目的:深入探索肿瘤坏死因子对人牙周膜成纤维细胞的生物学功能影响的机制。方法:将5000U/ml肿瘤坏死因子作用于培养至第三代的人牙周膜细胞3h后,进行FOS免疫组化反应。结果:几乎所有的PDLFs核均染为棕黄色,为FOS免疫组化反应阳性,对照组细胞核未见着色。结论:由于c-fos的表达可以提示核内基因的进一步改变,因而从更深的层次上说明肿瘤坏死因子对牙周膜成纤维细胞的生物学功能的影响
Objective: To explore in depth the mechanism of tumor necrosis factor on the biological function of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts. Methods: Fluoroanisin (FOS) immunohistochemistry was performed after 5000U / ml tumor necrosis factor was cultured in human third generation human periodontal ligament cells for 3 hours. Results: Almost all of the PDLFs nuclei were stained brown, which was positive for FOS immunohistochemistry. No staining was observed in control nuclei. CONCLUSIONS: Since c-fos expression can indicate further changes in nuclear genes, the effect of tumor necrosis factor on the biological function of periodontal ligament fibroblasts is illustrated at a deeper level
