目的探索小儿足趾移植拇手指再造与成人的区别,使该技术在小儿中得到更合理的应用。方法对24例30指小儿足趾移植的病历进行回顾性分析,并经过3年半~15年的随访,记录每人的功能情况。结果再造指外形发育良好,感觉灵敏,26指对指功能优良,22指抓握力量接近正常,供足均无明显不适。结论4岁左右是小儿足趾移植拇手指再造的合适年龄,鞭炮炸伤是小儿拇手指缺损的主要伤因,其手术、术后治疗以及康复训练等均有其特殊性。
Objective To explore the difference between adult thumb and thumb reconstruction in pediatric toe transplantation so as to make the technique more reasonable in children. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the medical records of 24 patients with 30 finger pediatric toe transplantation and the functional status of each patient was recorded after 3 years and a half to 15 years of follow-up. Reproduction of the results refers to the shape of well-developed, sensible, 26 refers to the excellent function of the fingers, 22 fingers grip strength close to normal, for no significant discomfort. Conclusion The 4-year-old is the appropriate age for reconstruction of thumb and thumb in children’s toes transplantation. Firecrackers injury is the main cause of children’s thumb and finger defect. Its surgery, postoperative treatment and rehabilitation training all have their own particularities.
