在公路桥梁下部结构基础施工中以灌注桩居多。灌注桩能将上部结构荷载传递到深层稳定的土层中,从而大大减少基础沉降,是一种极为有效,安全可靠的基础形式。但是,灌注桩的施工大多是在地面下或水下完成,施工工序多,质量控制难度大,稍有不慎易产生断桩等严重缺陷。因此,灌注桩的质量检测和依据检测数据判断桩身质量就显得格外重要。
In the construction of the foundation of the lower part of the highway bridge, most of the grouting piles are used. Cast-in-place piles can transfer superstructure loads to deep, stable soil so as to greatly reduce the foundation settlement. It is an extremely effective, safe and reliable foundation. However, most of the construction of cast-in-situ piles is completed under the ground or under water. There are many construction steps, and the quality control is difficult. Some serious defects, such as broken piles, are easily caused by accident. Therefore, the quality of bored pile testing and testing data to determine the quality of the pile is particularly important.
