福建省食用菌研究所开发中心于1992年在福州古山菌种生产车间建成食用菌菌种半机械化生产流水线。按设计要求,其年生产菌种达100万瓶(袋),是我国目前生产菌种最大的一条生产线。在该生产线上,安装了三个直径为2米,长度为3米的大型双开门灭菌压力锅.该灭菌锅设有专用轨道,装备有瓶(袋)专用轨道车,每车平均装载量为175瓶,每锅灭菌可容9辆,分上下两层。每锅总装瓶(袋)量为3500～3800瓶(袋).该灭菌锅为双层夹套结构,锅体包隔热罩(采用石棉与珍珠岩包果)。锅门采用密闭圈垫层,外加大螺丝锁紧。锅体配有专用法兰,锅体与建筑墙体连接并安有密封元件。为确保“非洁净区”与“洁净区”之间干扰,以及防止冷却过程锅体散 Edible Fungus Research Institute of Fujian Province Development Center in Fuzhou in 1992 Gushan species production workshop built edible mushroom strains of semi-mechanized production lines.
