1.养殖池带水越冬法黄鳝属变温冷血鱼类,当气温降至10℃以下时(生长温度15～30℃),就很少摄食而入穴冬眠。为了黄鳝安全越冬,养殖池水位应从10～15厘米提高到30～50厘米,确保结冰天气池底水温保持在0℃以上。2.干池越冬法冬季来临时,水温在10℃以下时排干池水,保持池底泥土湿润,在泥土表面覆盖一层稻草等秸秆,厚度10～20厘米。
