目的探讨大蒜、枸椽酸和双氧水对口腔厌氧菌的杀菌机制。方法采用透射电镜,观察药物对核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉菌和脆弱类杆菌的直接影响。结果观察到3种药物对各种细菌作用的超微结构改变不尽相同,药物在37℃作用15分钟后,可破坏细菌的胞壁结构,可见壁破裂、变薄或消失,胞浆变性,核糖体聚集成块状沉淀,或胞浆内容物溶解呈空泡变性等。结论观察药物对细菌的超微结构影响,可为研究口腔厌氧菌的生理、病理关系以及药物的解毒杀菌机制等提供实验依据
Objective To investigate the bactericidal mechanism of garlic, citric acid and hydrogen peroxide on oral anaerobic bacteria. Methods Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the direct effects of drugs on Fusobacterium nucleatum, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Bacteroides fragilis. The results showed that the ultrastructural changes of the three kinds of drugs on various bacteria were not the same. The drug could destroy the cell wall structure of the bacteria after 15 minutes of action at 37 ° C, the walls could be broken, thinned or disappeared and the cytoplasm degeneration, Ribosome aggregation into massive precipitate, or vacuolar degeneration of the cytoplasm content was dissolved. Conclusion Observing the effect of drugs on the ultrastructure of bacteria can provide experimental basis for studying the physiological and pathological relationship of oral anaerobic bacteria and the detoxification and sterilization mechanism of drugs
