近几年,我国的教育科学有了很大发展。但是,与其他社会科学相比,教育科学还显得不够成熟,理论深度不够,理论落后于实践,这远远不能满足教育改革的实际需要。撰写教育科研论文是进行教育科学研究的主要体现形式。对中小学教师进行教育教学论文写作的环境、条件、态度、认识,以及中小学教师对于教育科学研究论文撰写理论知识与方法的掌握等问题进行调查研究,希望能通过研究去指导实践,促进中小学教师教育科研论文写作能力的提高,使教育科学研究面向学校,为提高教学质量服务;面向教师,为提高教师素质服务。
