按GB 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》中9.3的规定:“钢丝绳曳引应满足以下3个条件:1)轿厢装载至125%8.2.1或8.2.2规定额定载荷的情况下应保持平层状态不打滑:2)必须保证在任何紧急制动的状态下,不管轿厢内是空载还是满载,其减速度的值不能超过缓冲器(包括减行程的缓冲器)作用时减速度的值;3)当对重压在缓冲器上而曳引机按电梯上行方向旋转时,应不可能提升空载轿厢。”为了满足上面的曳引条件,在设计曳引系数时应按GB 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》中附录M的公式进行。即用于轿厢装载和紧急制动工况:T_1/T_2≤e~(fa)(1)
