近年来,高阳县砖厂对轮窑焙烧工艺进行了综合节能技术改造,平均每万块砖耗标煤由859.83kg下降到602.57kg,平均每万块砖耗标煤下降257.26kg.该厂具体做法如下.1 技改方案的制定与实施该厂轮窑座落在自然地平面上,多年的实践发现,在距地面20cm的高度处,窑内潮气太大,造成低部火势不足,焙烧带上、中、下部温差较大,上部温度970℃左右,中部温度560℃左右,而低部温度只有200℃左右.由于窑内气体流速的快慢及风压的大小和分布,对燃料燃烧的好坏、传热的快慢、温度的均匀程度,以及阻力的大小等均有影响.因此,在轮窑四周扩大主烟道,安装抽风机,抽掉潮气,增大通风量,加长预热带,使其火度均匀,减少热损失.
