我是1994年11月开始从事昌图县刊授党校教育长工作的,去年9月被提为县委组织部副部长,仍分管刊授党校工作。对于如何发挥部门职能作用,做好教育长工作,我有以下几点体会:领导重视,基层支持,是做好工作的前提刊授党校工作面向广大基层党员、干部,具有广泛的社会性。因此,争取领导重视,基层支持显得尤为重要。作为教育长,要千方百计使刊授党校工作在领导心目中摆上位置,与基层组织工作者保持经常性联系,这是我做好刊授党校工作的两个必要条件。所以,平时工作中,凡有重大活动,我们都主动地争取县委领导和部内领导的支持,请有关领导到场指导。我们还建立了 I was started in Changtu County in November 1994 to teach the work of the chief of education of the party school. Therefore, for leadership attention, grassroots support is particularly important. As the chief education officer, we must try our best to make the publication of the work of the party schools on the leader’s mind and maintain regular contact with grassroots workers. This is a necessary condition for me to do a good job of publishing the work of the party schools. Therefore, in normal work, where there are major events, we all actively seek the support of county leaders and ministry leaders, and invite relevant leaders to attend the scene. We have also established
