大学体育“双课堂”教学模式理论探索与实践研究
摘 要:通过体育传统教学模式与“双课堂”教学模式对比,分析体育“双课堂”教学模式的发展优势,提出体育“双课堂”教学模式及实施路径,实现体育“双课堂”教学理论与实践的深度融合,推进“双课堂”教学模式在体育教学中的应用与实施,为大学体育教学改革提供理论参考和实践依据。

Abstract: By comparing the traditional teaching mode of physical education with the "double classroom" teaching mode, this paper analyzes the development advantages of the "double classroom" teaching mode of physical education, puts forward the "double classroom" teaching mode of physical education and its implementation path, realizes the deep integration of the teaching theory and practice of "double classroom" of physical education, and promotes the application and implementation of the "double classroom" teaching mode in physical education, It provides theoretical reference and practical basis for college physical education reform.

隨着高校体育改革的不断深入,国家对人才培养质量要求不断提高,面对连续多年在全国学生体质健康调研中存在的问题:学生体能素质持续下降,体育课教学质量不高、体育锻炼效果不佳等。
