新时代高校加强质量监测评估的路径探索

摘  要：高等教育监测评估是我国高等教育评估发展的新方向，文章从高等教育监测评估的内涵特征出发，分析了高等教育监测评估的必要性，有针对性地探索了新时代高校加强质量监测评估的路径与方法。

Abstract： The monitoring and evaluation of higher education is a new direction of the development of higher education in China. This paper analyzes the necessity of monitoring and evaluation of higher education from the connotation and characteristics of higher education monitoring and evaluation， this paper probes into the paths and methods of strengthening the quality monitoring and evaluation in colleges and universities in the new era.

提高高等教育质量和竞争力是社会普遍关注的焦点，《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》要求“建立健全教育督导部门统一负责的教育评估监测机制”。
