目的:研究SBLKFY对大鼠急性再生障碍性贫血模型的影响。方法:通过注射5-FU加灌胃白消安建立大鼠性再生障碍性贫血模型,对血象、骨髓有核细胞数(BMNC)、骨髓粒-单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)、红系造血祖细胞(CFU-E、BFU-E)形成及胸骨病理等相关指标进行了观察。结果:SBLKFY能明显对抗5-FU加白消安致大鼠血细胞的下降,能刺激骨髓集落细胞的生长,骨髓造血组织明显增加。结论:该药对大鼠急性再生障碍性贫血有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of SBLKFY on acute aplastic anemia in rats. Methods: A rat model of aplastic anemia was established by injection of 5-FU and gavage of busulfan. The blood samples, number of BMNC, CFU-GM, erythroid Hematopoietic progenitor cells (CFU-E, BFU-E) formation and sternum pathology and other related indicators were observed. Results: SBLKFY could obviously resist the decline of blood cells induced by 5-FU plus busulfan, stimulate the growth of bone marrow colony-forming cells and significantly increase the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue. Conclusion: The medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on acute aplastic anemia in rats.
